Is there a free trial?
+−
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. We collect a card at signup but do not charge it until day 15. Cancel any time before then and nothing is charged. The free trial is one per customer: if you have already used a trial, picking a plan subscribes you and billing starts right away.
What happens if I cancel before day 15?
+−
Nothing is charged. The trial runs for 14 full days. If you cancel before day 15, the first charge never happens and you owe us nothing. You can cancel from your billing settings in two clicks.
What's your refund policy?
+−
A full refund within 7 calendar days of your first charge, no questions asked, even if you have used the product. It is self-serve: a Request a refund button appears in Settings and Billing while you are inside the window, and clicking it issues the refund automatically. You do not have to email anyone, though support@pulsesignal.co works too. After day 7, the full refund policy at /refund-policy applies, and statutory rights like the EU and UK 14-day cooling-off period stay available on top. The trial gives you two weeks before any charge, and the refund window gives you another week after.
What counts as a "tracked company"?
+−
A tracked company is one on your watchlist: the set we enrich every scan cycle and alert you on. Your plan is sized by how many you track (10 on Starter, 25 on Pro, 100 on Business, 500 on Scale). Compare, due-diligence, and battlecards all run across the companies you track. You can swap companies in and out up to a generous monthly change limit, and upgrade in one click when you outgrow your tier.
How many times can I change my watchlist each month?
+−
Up to as many changes per month as your plan tracks: 10 on Starter, 25 on Pro, 100 on Business, and 500 on Scale (the same number as your tracked-company limit). That is a generous allowance for keeping your roster current without it becoming a revolving door, and it resets at the start of each month. Adding a company once you are already at your tracked-company limit means removing one first, or upgrading to a larger plan in one click. The limit keeps enrichment costs predictable so we can keep enriching your watchlist every scan cycle.
Monthly or annual billing?
+−
Annual is the default and the better deal: you pay for 10 months and get 12, so two months are free on every plan. You can switch to monthly with the toggle at the top of this page. Either way the 14-day trial is the same.
Can I switch plans at any time?
+−
Yes. Go to Settings → Billing and click Change plan to pick a new tier. Upgrades take effect immediately and you are charged the prorated difference for the rest of the current cycle. Downgrades apply at your next billing date; you keep your current plan until then.
What payment methods do you accept?
+−
Visa, Mastercard, and American Express via Polar. Prefer to pay by invoice? Email support@pulsesignal.co and we can invoice annual plans on request.
How do team members work?
+−
Starter includes 1 team member, Pro 5, Business 15, and Scale 50. Need more? Talk to us about Scale+ pricing.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
+−
Yes. Annual billing is the equivalent of 10 months for 12 (2 months free) on every plan. It is the default on the pricing page; switch to monthly with the toggle if you prefer.
What does "Unlimited (fair use)" mean?
+−
It applies to just one thing: the Scale plan's auto-battlecards. Every other limit (tracked companies, due-diligence reports, team members) is a fixed number per plan, shown in the table above. "Unlimited" covers normal human use; a fair-use threshold catches scripting and abuse, not real work. Above the threshold we throttle rather than block, and we reach out before you hit the wall. Exact thresholds are available on request: email support@pulsesignal.co.
